Where do you get your Supplies?

All items are donated by local parents and families who have heard about us through word of mouth, family and friends or are part of New Community Church.

What items do you accept?

We can accept pretty much anything that is baby or child related. We ask that donations are all in good condition, and that can include clothes. We have limited storage space so we work through an ad-hoc system; as referrals come in, we'll use our contacts and relationships to find what's needed to pass on to the families in need. This means we get around the limited storage problem!

Do you only work with newborn and Expectant Parents?

No, we work with families of all ages and so donations and support can be for any age.

How do I get Support?

We can't accept requests for help direct from individuals. We work in partnership with Frontline Professionals (health professionals like midwives and health visitors, refuge officers, parenting practitioners, and social services) who refer families they are in contact with. If you are in need of help, please do get in touch with us through our Contact Us page and we'll do what we can to point you in the direction of help.

What about New Community Church?

We are based out of New Community Church, but will provide help for people regardless of belief system, ethnicity, or background. We recognise that raising children is challenging enough at the best of times, but for people in dire financial need, it is even harder. It's as simple as we recognise that people need help and we want to help out!
